routine care, service coordination, pre-purchase inspections, and concours-level

Initiation Process

CONSULTATION
We begin with a private consultation call to understand your vehicles, collection goals,

COLLECTION REVIEW
An in-person meeting is scheduled to review your vehicle or collection, assess current
condition, and establish rapport. This step allows us to tailor services precisely while
understanding the nuances of each vehicle and owner preference.

CUSTOM PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
Based on our findings, we prepare a detailed, personalized proposal outlining
recommended services, scope, scheduling, and ongoing care strategy—designed
specifically for your collection.

SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Upon approval, a start date is scheduled and services begin with a deposit. From that
point forward, your vehicles are managed with consistency, discretion, and a white-glove
standard.

Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI)
